Well-maintained and fully-equipped room, all in all had really amazing stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and loved it. I had a warm welcome, very friendly and lively staff. The service was terrific, it had a good a la carte restaurant: D

Comfy venue, convenient location near to the hill, liked our stay. Our guest room was equipped with bottled water. Everything seemed really good, fairly clean and the staff were amazingly nice and lively people at the reception desk.

The location in the Czech mountains was great, and it was convenient to have Giraffe Stop nearby offering delicious takeaway food, as well as enjoying a hearty and tasty breakfast with a variety of outstanding options.

Great value for money. Clean room, tasty breakfast, beautiful surrounding for a competitive price. Fully deserves ****. I had a very nice weekend stay at Arnika.

staff not particularly friendly, parking is simply some space outside the hotel. some of this gets closed with a gate, but due to being full, had to park outside in a non-guarded/locked area (still paid the same...)

The location & the wellness program. Very friendly staff.

Poor management, organization & supervision: no light bulbs, blocked key- card to the room, waiting line at desk >15mn (thrice tested, various times). Ski hotel with integrated ski rental however no (un)dressing facilities, low comfort (plank as a springer, light foam matrass), restaurant quite disgusting, cold warmed up potatoes, water & powder soups (as locals confirmed...)
